These terms apply if you refer customers to Your Business Mind through our affiliate program. They sit alongside our Terms of Service.
1.Joining
The program is by invitation. When we accept you, we give you a personal code and a link (yourbusinessmind.ai/?ref=YOURCODE). We may decline or end any participation.
2.What your contacts get
Someone who signs up through your link, or enters your code at checkout, gets 20% off their first 3 months of a paid plan. It applies to new customers only, on their first purchase, and cannot be combined with another discount code.
3.What you earn
You earn 20% of what each customer you referred actually pays us for their plan, for their first 12 months. “Actually pays” means after discounts, refunds and tax. Voice packs are not included.
A customer is credited to you if they followed your link within 60 days before signing up, or entered your code at checkout. If two affiliates could claim the same customer, the first link they followed counts.
4.When you are paid
We pay monthly, in arrears. A payment counts once it is more than 30 days old, so that refunds and disputes have settled first. If a payment is later refunded or disputed, the commission on it is not owed, and we may deduct it from what we pay you next.
We pay by bank transfer to the account you give us. You are responsible for your own tax, and for telling us anything we need for our records, such as an ABN if you have one.
5.Fair play
You cannot earn from your own purchases or your own business's accounts. Do not make misleading claims about the service, send unsolicited messages, bid on our name in advertising, or pretend to be us. Commission earned in breach of these terms is not owed.
6.Breach
If you breach these terms, we may withhold commission that has not yet been paid, recover commission already paid on referrals affected by the breach, and end your participation immediately. We may also take legal action to recover loss or damage the breach causes us, including reasonable legal costs, and ask a court to stop a breach that is continuing or threatened.
7.Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you say and do when you promote Your Business Mind, and for complying with the law that applies to it, including marketing, spam and consumer law. You will make good loss or damage we suffer, including reasonable legal costs, to the extent it is caused by your breach of these terms or your unlawful conduct.
8.Independent
You are an independent party, not our employee, agent or partner. You cannot make promises, offers or commitments on our behalf, or act in our name beyond sharing your link and code.
9.Ending
You or we can end your participation at any time. Commission earned on payments made before the end date is still paid on the usual schedule. We may change or end the program, and will give you reasonable notice.
