Your business mind holds what your business knows. Here is how we look after it, in plain terms.
1.Stored in Australia
Your notes, documents and account records are stored in Sydney, Australia. The servers that process your requests run in Singapore and Sydney.
2.Nothing is written without you
When the assistant wants to add a note, it suggests it and you approve it. When it would add or change something in your calendar, spreadsheets or documents, it waits for you to confirm. Email is only ever drafted, never sent.
3.Sensitive notes stay locked
Mark a note as sensitive and it stays out of answers until you unlock it with your PIN in the app. Too many wrong PINs locks sensitive notes for a while. Sensitive notes are never read out on phone calls.
4.Your keys stay secret
Your AI key and connected-account credentials are stored encrypted, are never shown again after you enter them, and are never sent back to your browser.
5.Your data is separated
Each account's data is separated at the database level, not only in application code, so one customer cannot reach another's.
6.Not used to train AI
We do not use your notes, conversations or documents to train any model, and we do not sell them or use them for advertising. Your AI provider handles what it receives under your own agreement with them.
7.Watching for problems
We monitor the service for faults. Error reports contain technical details only, never your notes, conversations, documents, keys, email address or internet address.
8.Leaving is clean
Close your account from Settings and your notes, conversations, settings and stored credentials are deleted, and any paid plan is cancelled. There is no shadow copy.
9.Report a concern
If you think you have found a security problem, write to support@yourbusinessmind.ai. No system is beyond compromise, and we would rather hear from you first.
