Your mind runs on your own Anthropic account, so Anthropic bills you directly for what your assistant uses. Your Business Mind adds nothing on top. A few settings in Anthropic's Console keep that cost predictable.
1.See what you are spending
Sign in to the Claude Console (platform.claude.com, formerly console.anthropic.com). Its Usage and Cost pages show what you have used, by day.
2.Set a monthly spending limit
In the Console, open Settings, Limits. Under Spend limits, click Set spend limit (or Change Limit if one is set) and enter a monthly amount. When it is reached, the API stops answering until the next month or until you raise it, so your assistant stops too. Choose a limit with some room.
3.Control top-ups
On the Console's billing page, decide whether credit reloads automatically when it runs low, and by how much. Leaving auto-reload off means you can never be charged more than you load; leaving it on means your assistant never stops for lack of credit.
4.Choose models to match the job
In Your Business Mind, Settings, AI connection lets you pick which model handles each kind of job. Smaller models cost less; the suggested defaults balance cost and quality. Click Save models after changing them.
5.Good to know
Anthropic's screens change from time to time. If a label here does not match, look for the closest one, or see Get your Claude API key. Voice minutes and website imports are not charged to your AI account; they come with your plan.
