The quickest way to fill your mind: it reads your website and turns what it finds into notes, laid out the way your business is organised.
1.The first time
During setup, the What's your website? step reads your site when you click Save and build my mind. It reads the pages that describe your business (up to a couple of dozen), and skips legal pages and most blog posts.
2.What happens to the notes
Notes from your own website go straight into your mind, because you asked for the import. Open any of them to correct, move or delete it. If the import was unsure how to file something, it asks you a question instead, which waits in Settings, Approvals.
3.Read it again later
In Settings, Account, the Your mind card has Rebuild from your website. It shows how many imported notes Will be replaced, how many Will be kept (anything you wrote or edited yourself is always kept), and how many Imports left you have. Enter the website, click Rebuild, then Yes, rebuild it.
4.Messages you might see
“We couldn't read that site.” The site blocked the reader or is down. Try again later, or upload documents instead.
“Reading websites is paused for a little while.” Our website reader is busy. Add notes or upload a document meanwhile, and try again later.
“We're at today's limit for reading websites” or “You've used your website imports”: reading websites is limited, so try tomorrow, or upload documents instead.
