Price lists, policies, proposals, procedures: upload a document and your assistant suggests notes from it for you to approve.
1.Add a document
In Settings, Account, in the Your mind card, click Add a document and choose the file.
2.What you can upload
PDF, Word (.docx), plain text (.txt), Markdown (.md) and CSV, up to 5 MB. Scanned PDFs that are only pictures of text cannot be read.
3.Review the suggestions
Your AI reads the document and suggests up to 12 notes, for example “5 notes suggested from pricing.pdf”. They wait in Settings, Approvals: approve the ones that are right. Nothing goes in until you do.
4.Good to know
A very long document is read only in part; you will see “It was long, so only the first part was read.” Split it and upload the rest separately. Reading uses your own AI account, so your AI key needs to be connected. If your mind is full for your plan, some suggestions are left out.
