Mark a note sensitive, such as banking details, staff matters or password hints, and your assistant cannot see it at all until you enter your PIN.
1.Set your PIN first
In Settings, Security, find Sensitive-data PIN, enter a PIN of at least 4 characters twice, and save. To change it later, enter the current PIN and the new one.
2.Mark a note sensitive
Open the note, click Edit, and tick Sensitive. The note shows “Sensitive · never sent to AI”.
3.Open a sensitive note
Opening a sensitive note blurs the screen and asks for your PIN. Its text is not shown, or even sent to your browser, until the PIN is right. Cancel takes you back to your mind without opening it.
4.Use it in a conversation
When a question needs a sensitive note, your assistant asks for your PIN. Enter it and click Unlock. Until then, those notes are not withheld, they are simply never seen.
5.Unlocked for 10 minutes
A correct PIN unlocks sensitive notes for 10 minutes, in the app and in conversation. Stepping away? Open any sensitive note and click Lock now.
6.Good to know
Two wrong PINs in a row lock sensitive notes for an hour. Sensitive notes come with Engage and above.
