Help · Talking to your mind · Every plan

Type a question in the box at the bottom of your mind, the one that says “Ask” and your assistant's name, and press Enter.

1.Answers come from your notes

Your assistant answers from what is in your mind, and shows when an answer is From your notes. If your notes do not cover something, it says so rather than guessing.

2.What to ask

“What do we charge for a site visit?” “Who is our contact at Acme?” “Summarise our refund policy.” On Engage and above you can also ask for opinions and plans: “What should I focus on this week?”

3.Looking things up online (Engage and above)

When nothing in your mind covers a question, your assistant asks Search the web? first. Click Search the web to look it up, or Not now. Web research uses Claude.

4.Reminders and suggestions (Engage and above)

Your assistant may offer Remind you? (approve or reject the reminder) or Worth surfacing? for something it noticed (keep or dismiss it). Saving a note always asks first; see Approvals.

5.If it stops answering

Usually your AI account needs attention: credit, a spending limit, or the key. See Change or remove your AI key.
