Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never pass through Your Business Mind.
1.Upgrade
In Settings, Upgrade, click View upgrade options, then Upgrade to Engage. Stripe's checkout opens: enter your billing address (it decides whether GST applies), your card, and, for a business, your ABN or tax ID if you want it on your invoice. Your plan starts as soon as the payment goes through.
2.Buy voice minutes
In Settings, Upgrade, click Buy pack for 50 more minutes (US$15). Minutes from a pack are added on top of your plan's.
3.Invoices, card and cancelling
In Settings, Account, click Manage billing. Stripe's billing page opens, where you can download invoices, change your card, or cancel.
4.When you cancel
You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for; after that your account moves to the free Mind. Your notes stay. If you have more notes than the free Mind holds, you can still read them, but cannot add more until you are under the limit.
5.Tax invoices and GST
Every payment comes with an invoice showing Krrisp Pty Ltd's ABN. For customers in Australia, prices include GST, and the invoice is a tax invoice showing the GST amount. Add your own ABN at checkout and it appears on your invoice too.
6.Refunds
Plans are billed monthly in advance, and part months are not refunded. See the Terms, or contact support if something went wrong.
