Deleting your account removes your notes, your mind and your login permanently. Nothing is kept, and it cannot be undone.
1.Before you delete
Copy anything you want to keep. If you only want to stop paying, cancel instead (Settings, Account, Manage billing): your notes stay on the free Mind.
2.Delete
In Settings, Danger zone, click Delete my account, tick I understand this cannot be undone, type your email to confirm, and click Delete permanently.
3.What happens
Any paid plan is cancelled first, so you are not billed again. Then your account, notes, connections and login are erased. Invoices already issued stay with Stripe, as tax law requires.
