Your assistant, your documents and connected tools can suggest things, but none of it is added to your mind, and nothing changes in your calendar, spreadsheets or documents, until you say yes.
1.Saving a note from a conversation
When the assistant wants to save something, a box appears: Save this to your mind? It shows the note and where it would go.
Click Approve to save it, Change to edit the title, note or where it belongs first (then Save it), or Reject. On the free Mind this happens when you ask it to save something; on Engage and above it also offers by itself.
2.The Approvals list
Notes suggested from your documents, questions from your website import, and suggestions from connected tools wait in Settings, Approvals. (Notes read from your own website go straight in, because you asked for that import.) Approve or reject each one. With more than one waiting, tick the ones you want, or Select all, and use Approve selected or Reject selected.
3.Actions in Google or Microsoft 365
When the assistant would add a calendar event, a spreadsheet row or a new document, it appears in Approvals as Waiting for your confirmation, showing exactly what will happen. Click Confirm to do it, or Cancel. Email is only ever drafted, never sent.
4.Good to know
Onboarding questions cannot be approved in bulk, because each needs your answer. If your mind is full for your plan, approving stops until you remove notes or upgrade.
