Let your assistant work with your Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets and Docs. Google comes with Engage and above.
1.Open Connectors
In Your Business Mind, open Settings, then AI connection. Under Gmail or Google Workspace, click Connect Google.
2.Sign in and allow access
Google opens its own sign-in page. Choose the account your business uses, review what Your Business Mind is asking for, and allow it. You land back in Settings with “Google connected”.
Google's permission screen describes email access as “manage drafts and send email”. That is Google's standard wording for draft access, the narrowest it offers. Your Business Mind only ever creates drafts; it never sends.
3.What your assistant can do
Gmail: read your email and write drafts. It never sends: drafts wait in Gmail for you to check and send yourself.
Calendar, Sheets and Docs: read them when you ask. Adding an event, a spreadsheet row or a new document always waits for you to confirm it in Approvals first.
Drive: it sees the names of your files, to find the right sheet or doc, never the contents of anything else.
4.Try it
Ask “What's unread in my inbox?”, “What's on my calendar tomorrow?” or “Draft a reply to the last email from Sam”.
5.Disconnecting
Click Disconnect in the same place at any time. We also revoke the access at Google, so nothing stays connected behind the scenes. You can check, or remove it yourself, on your Google Account's third-party connections page.
6.Need help
Use Report an issue in Settings, or write to support@yourbusinessmind.ai. See the help centre.
