Let your assistant work with your Outlook email and calendar. Microsoft 365 comes with Engage and above.
1.Open Connectors
In Your Business Mind, open Settings, then AI connection. Under Microsoft 365, click Connect Microsoft 365.
2.Sign in and allow access
Microsoft opens its own sign-in page. Choose the work account your business uses, review what Your Business Mind is asking for, and accept. You land back in Settings with “Microsoft 365 connected”.
On a company Microsoft account, your administrator may need to approve the connection first. If Microsoft says approval is required, ask them to allow Your Business Mind.
3.What your assistant can do
Outlook mail: read your email and write drafts. It never sends: drafts wait in Outlook for you to check and send yourself.
Calendar: read it when you ask. Adding an event always waits for you to confirm it in Approvals first.
4.Try it
Ask “What's new in my inbox?”, “What's on tomorrow?” or “Draft a reply to the last email from Sam”.
5.Disconnecting
Click Disconnect in the same place at any time. To remove the permission at Microsoft as well: on a personal account, use apps and services you've given access; on a work or school account, open My Apps, choose Your Business Mind, Manage your application, then Revoke permissions.
6.Need help
Use Report an issue in Settings, or write to support@yourbusinessmind.ai. See the help centre.
