1.Stored in Australia
Your notes, documents and account records are stored in Sydney, Australia. The servers that process your requests run in Singapore and Sydney.
2.Your AI account
When you ask a question, the relevant notes go to the AI provider you connected (Claude, by Anthropic), under your own agreement with them. Sensitive notes are never sent until you unlock them with your PIN.
3.Not used to train AI
We do not use your notes to train AI models. See how your AI provider treats API data in their own terms.
4.Connected accounts
Google, Microsoft 365 and Telegram are only connected if you connect them, and can be disconnected at any time. Google and Microsoft access is stored encrypted, and never shown again.
